SeatMyGuest is a free tool for planning event seating. We keep things simple and collect as little as possible.
When you save a plan to the cloud, we store your seating data (guest names, table layouts, seating rules) on Cloudflare's infrastructure under an anonymous URL. No account, no email, and no personally identifying information is required or collected.
Plans expire automatically after 6 months of inactivity. If you or anyone with the link opens the plan, the timer resets. You can also delete your plan at any time using the delete button in the app (only available to the creator).
Anyone with your plan's URL can view it. Anyone with the edit link can make changes. Only the creator (the person who first saved the plan) can delete it. We do not index or expose plan URLs publicly.
We do not use cookies or run any analytics beyond what Cloudflare provides at the infrastructure level.
